African American and Black graduating high school seniors; scholars pursuing undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degrees in a variety of fields. Must be constituent of a Congressional Black Caucus Member by residing in or attending a high school, college or university within their district.

Award Amount: $2,500 – $20,000
