Scholarship Overview: Current or former member of the University of Delaware Emergency Care Unit (UDECU) pursuing a degree in medicine.

Scholarship Details:

Eligibility Requirements:

1. University of Delaware graduate beginning their education or currently in medical school.
2. Applicant must be a current or former member of the University of Delaware Emergency Care Unit (UDECU).
3. Must have graduated from University of Delaware or will be graduating in May, 2026 with at least a 3.5 GPA
4. Applicant should demonstrate compassionate care and an understanding of a link between empathy and positive medical outcomes

Award Amount: $2,000

Award Details:

One $2,000 award at the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors.
