Fashion Scholarship Fund (FSF) Case Study Scholarship

Scholarship Overview: Scholarships for high school students pursuing education in all sectors of the fashion industry including design and product development, merchandising, marketing, and business strategy.

Scholarship Details:

The Fashion Scholarship Fund awards over 130 scholarships ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 to students from 75 colleges and universities nationwide.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior – graduating in Spring 2025.

  • Applicants may attend a member school or Students from schools that are not FSF Member Schools, but who otherwise meet the FSF Scholarship Eligibility Requirements, may compete for the FSF and Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholarships. 

  • International students with an F-1 Visa who would like to participate in the FSF Scholarship competition are encouraged to submit documentation to work off campus in the form of a CPT (Curricular Practical Training) or a valid OPT (Optional Practical Training) by the FSF Case Study submission deadline.

* The Fashion Scholarship Fund’s expectations are: Scholars must demonstrate a commitment to his/her studies, remain a student in good standing, and honor the academic obligations as required by his/her school.

Award Amount: $10,000 – $25,000

Award Details:

Scholarship funds can be applied to any educational expenses such as tuition, summer intern housing, study abroad, etc. Scholarship recipients can join the FSF Mentor Program and select a Mentor during the year of their award.

It’s the Scholar’s responsibility to follow the policy of his/her college/university to process the funds received. It’s possible that the FSF Scholarship may be applied to the Scholar’s financial aid award. If the Scholar’s college/university doesn’t require the FSF Scholarship to be applied to a financial aid award, the student may use the funds to fulfill other financial obligations, such as college tuition or payment to a private lender for a college loan. Finally, the FSF Scholarship may assist with expenses incurred by educational programs related to the pursuit of and the scholar’s commitment to a career in the fashion industry.
