Scholarship Overview: High school senior or undergraduate student that is a Delaware resident with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.

Scholarship Details:

Delaware resident and high school senior or undergraduate or a Delaware resident in college with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, pursuing further education in an accredited program.
Must:
• Maintain 3.0 GPA or better.
• Submit two letters of support from non-family members.
Winner is required to attend or submit a video to the annual Delaware Diabetes Wellness EXPO, held in November, to share his or her story.

Essay Details:

Write a 500-word essay: “How diabetes has impacted my life choices.”

Award Amount: $1,000
Award Details:

Nonrenewable, winner will be notified no later than July 31, 2023.
