Achievement Scholarship for Students with a History of Chronic Illness Fund

Scholarship Overview: Applicants who experienced a health issue that impaired their ability to pursue their education.

Scholarship Details:

Experience with a health issue, documented by a medical professional, that lasted at least six months and impaired the applicant’s ability to pursue his or her education.
• Applicants must be graduating seniors or former graduates of any Delaware high school.
• Preference given to those enrolled in the First State School or any of its branches before or at the time the health issue occurred.
• Past awardees are eligible to apply.
• Documentation to be provided by a medical professional documenting the illness and its impact on students’ ability to attend school.
