Scholarship Overview: High school senior or undergraduate student planning to attend graduate school next fall pursuing a degree in engineering, chemistry, medicine, dentistry or law

Scholarship Details:

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Be a resident of DE who was born in DE
  2. Be a high school senior planning to enter the first year of college OR a college senior planning to enter the first year of graduate school.
  3. Be enrolled full-time in the study of engineering, chemistry, medicine (M.D. or D.O.), dentistry or law at an accredited two‑year or four‑year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
  4. For high school seniors, SAT combined score must be 1120 or higher.
  5. For undergraduate students, please submit appropriate test scores for field of study.
  6. Finalists are required to attend a personal interview, and will be informed of the date and time.
  7. Class rank must be in the upper 20%.
  8. Family income must be under $75,000 unless extenuating circumstances are demonstrated.
