Eligibility Requirements
- First time applicants must be high school seniors who live within 15 miles of the Milford, DE city limits.
- Rank within the top 10% of their class academically.
- Plan to enroll in full‑time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two‑year or four‑year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
- Undergraduates and graduate students who are previous recipients may reapply, but cannot receive more than eight (8) scholarships.
- Financial need is required

Award Amount: Variety of awards
Award Details:
The authorized distribution for awards is determined annually by The Sponsor. The awards will be disbursed in U.S. currency. Awards will be mailed to the recipient’s school of choice.
Awards are for any form of post-secondary education.
An interruption in the educational plan of an applicant for military service, Peace Corps or similar program shall not disqualify the applicant from making subsequent applications for scholarships.
Awards are not renewable. Previous recipients must reapply, and maintain a “B” average and his or her domicile remains within a 15-mile radius of Milford, DE.
