Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduating high school senior from a local private or public High School, Charter or Home school.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and use the forms provided.
Application Requirement:
- All submissions must be typewritten and maybe submitted electronically.
- Official transcripts of student grades from 9th grade to date of submission must be attached. These may be photocopies that bear an original signature of the proper school authority.
- High School Students must submit SAT or ACT test scores or related equivalent documents. These may be photocopies.
- Exhibits, such as awards and media items, should be included and may be photocopies as well.
- Two (2) signed letters of recommendation from school or community leaders must be obtained.
- An Essay (detailed listed below)

Essay Details:
An essay containing statements of self & activities must be submitted. Essay length should be no more than two (2) typewritten pages.
In essay form discuss:
-your home life including after-school activities, interests & community service
-your school life, including awards & honors
-your need for this scholarship and how you would apply the award
-your career objectives, goals and your plans for the future.
