Eligibility Requirements:
- Survivor of cancer
- Resident of the U.S.
- Meet (1) of the (2) following eligibility requirements at the time of entry:
- You can nominate yourself or seize the opportunity to create your own Kimpact by nominating someone in your life who has beaten cancer.
- The nominee is someone in complete remission; this person can be of any age.

- Emailed response to the prompt either in essay, film, or recorded song/poetry form
Note- Each applicant may only apply for one Grant from the Kimpact Charitable Foundation.

Essay Details:
Prompt
The Kimpact Cancer Survivor Award is intended to celebrate survivors and the inspiration they provide others in their battle with cancer. Please tell us a bit about the nominee’s story and how they/you have chosen to live since beating Cancer. What does life look like with cancer in the rearview mirror?
Format
Respond to the prompt either in essay, film, or recorded song/poetry form. For essays, there is a limit of 500 words; for film or recorded song/poetry there is a maximum of 5 minutes.

Each applicant may only apply for one Grant from the Kimpact Charitable Foundation.
Failure to comply with any of the submission guidelines will result in an incomplete application and elimination from the applicant pool.
