University of Delaware Esports Scholarship
Scholarship Overview: Partial scholarships are for incoming and current University of Delaware students who are interested in joining one of our 7 esports teams

Scholarship Details:
The University of Delaware is excited to offer several esports scholarship opportunities. Gaming scholarships will be awarded to a select number of current esports players and incoming students interested in joining our Blue Hen Esports teams.
Eligibility Requirements:
- High school seniors planning on attending the University of Delaware next fall or current University of Delaware students;
- Be a current esports players or an incoming student interested in joining our Blue Hen Esports teams;
Application Requirements:
- Completed application
- All esports players will be asked to submit game highlights, game rankings, and in-game statistics to help staff evaluate their abilities.
Selection Criteria:
These scholarships will be based on game experience, highest in-game rank, team-based need, and individual competitive accolades.
Application Requirements: Minimum GPA
Award Amount: $3,000
Award Details:
Upon acceptance and matriculation to UD, funds will be credited to student balance through the student financial office. Award is upto $3,000 per year, in most cases, and can be renewable for up to 4 years of eligibility provided the student remains in good academic standing (2.5 GPA or above) and remains at the top level of their chosen game title.
