- Must demonstrate financial need
- Distinguished in academic achievement, community service and involvement in school activities.

Award Amount: $10,000
Award Details:
4-year award of up to $2,500 annually; renewable each year with a 3.0 GPA. At the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors.
