Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a resident of Delaware
- Senior graduating from a high school in the state of Delaware.
- Plan to enroll in full‑time undergraduate study at the University of Delaware for the entire upcoming academic year.
- Must meet two of three standards:
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent).
- Have scored 1120 or better on SAT.
- Placed in top 10% of class as shown on transcript or letter from counselor.
- Financial need will be considered.
