Scholarship Overview: Delaware residents pursuing noncredit certificate programs in Delaware (application open year-round)

Scholarship Details:
If you like your job but want to learn more and improve your skills, you could be eligible for the Elevate Delaware program. The program will provide up to $10,000 to individuals for approved non-credit certificate programs provided by the Delaware Workforce Development Board guidance of eligible programs.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Currently employed by a small business* in Delaware
- Pay Delaware income taxes
- You are accepted for enrollment in an approved noncredit program
- Employer meets the following requirements:
- Company of less then 51 employees
- Subject to Delaware income taxes
Application Requirements:
- Fill out the Employment & Training Services Request Form
- Create Delaware JobLink Account
Applications are accepted year-round but payments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
This Act identifies up to $1,500,000 in General Funds to implement the provisions of the House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 166 differs from House Bill No. 166.
