- Current student of the Owens Campus of Delaware Technical Community College.
- Participating in study abroad course in any field.
- Demonstrating financial need.

Award Details:
One-time award of $500 per year, may be used for any cost(s) related to studying abroad. At the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors. Students may re-apply for scholarship if employment status is unchanged.
