Eligibility Requirements:

1. Be a resident of Delaware or an adjacent county in Maryland, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
2. Be enrolled/registered for one of the following educational programs at the time of the award:
   1. Bachelor Degree program at University of Delaware’s College of Business and
      Economics, related to a career in the financial services industry or
   2. Classes required for a professional designation program offered at the American
      College of Financial Services.
3. Have less than five years of experience total in any of the financial services industry
   fields (in a non-administrative capacity).
4. Demonstrate financial need

Preferences: Given to applicants who meet one or more of the following criteria:

1. Demonstrate a commitment to the community through volunteer service at a public
   charity.
2. Are pursuing one of the following professional designations: CFP®, ChFC®, ChSNC®,
   FSCP®, RICP®, WMCP®
3. Are pursuing a degree in Accounting or Financial Planning and Wealth Management.
