Scholarship Details:
The Frances West Scholarship honors a founding member of the NCCRWC who has spent her life in public service and empowering women.
- Applicant must be applying for or accepted into post high school educational opportunities
- Applicant must be a female who can provide proof of residency in New Castle County.
- Proof of status as student enrolled in accredited undergraduate or professional / vocational program.
- Completed application form with all required attachments
- Copy of high school or post-secondary transcript with certified GPA of at least 2.5 and documentation of the highest GPA possible
- Priority is given to young women who are registered Republicans
- Completed application must be postmarked by March 26th, 2024 and mailed to address in heading or emailed before midnight on Friday, March 29th to beardkah@hotmail.com
