- Must be a Delaware resident living within 15 miles of City of Milford
- Pursuing a degree in education or pre-medicine at an accredited institution
- In top 30% of their class
- Must demonstrate financial need

Award Amount: $30,000
Award Details:
Four-year scholarship of up to $30,000 ($7,500 per year), at the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors.
Student must maintain a 2.75 GPA and remain in their major to renew their award each year.
