- Graduating senior of a Brandywine public high school (Concord, Brandywine or Mt. Pleasant)
- Must be a Delaware resident
- Pursuing a bachelors degree in education at 4-year accredited postsecondary institution
- Minimum 3.0 GPA

- 1 Recommender (not a family member)
