Eligibility Requirements:
- University of Delaware graduate beginning their education or currently in medical school.
- Applicant must be a current or former member of the University of Delaware Emergency Care Unit (UDECU).
- Must have graduated from University of Delaware or will be graduating in May, 2024 with at least a 3.5 GPA
- Applicant should demonstrate compassionate care and an understanding of a link between empathy and positive medical outcomes
