- Must be a student-athlete and good school citizen
- Demonstrates the values and attributes personified by Tony Silicato: hardworking, honest, and diligent in their work

- 1 Recommender (not a family member)
Application Requirements: Delaware Residents Only, Letter(s) of Recommendation
Award Amount: $1,000
Award Details:
One $1,000 award at the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors.
