Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a resident of Delaware for at least four years prior to submitting application.
- Be a high school senior who ranks in the top 20% of their class as of fall semester.
- Have scored 1120 or higher on the SAT exam.
- Plan to enroll in full‑time study at an accredited two‑year or four‑year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire 2023-2024 academic year.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
- Financial need will be considered.
