Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduating senior from a New Castle County high school
- Minimum 2.50 GPA.
- Student must plan to attend Delaware State University in the fall following graduation from high school.
Application Requirements:
- Completed Application
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- unofficial high school transcript
- a biographical sketch (personal biography about themselves, their home and financial need).
All documents must be submitted by email or mailed to the Post Office Box address provided in ONE PACKET, not piece mail as this will result in disqualification for consideration before the due date.

Essay Details:
Essay is one (1) page biographical sketch; this is an opportunity for the applicant to ensure the committee knows them; provide details as to why you should be chosen; include any hardships that would more than likely prevent you from attending Delaware State University
