Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must show financial need
2. Applicant must be a Delaware resident pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other medical field, and have either (in this preference order):
   1. Been out of school and employed for at least five years or
   2. Received an Associate’s degree from a community college
