• Resident of Sussex County, West of Route 113. 
• Demonstrating financial need. (Financial need should be weighted more heavily than academic success and extracurriculars.) 
• Have a GPA of at least 3.0. 
• Have participated in extracurricular activities. 

Application Requirements: Delaware Residents Only, Letter(s) of Recommendation, Minimum GPA, Transcript
