- Be pursuing a bachelor’s or associate’s degree from one of the following institutions:
- University of Delaware
- Delaware State University
- Goldey Beacom College
- University of Richmond or
- University of Pennsylvania
- Demonstrate Financial Need

Award Details:
Up to 2 awards per college available. Awards renewable if 3.0 GPA is maintained in college. Award is $10,000 per year or $40,000 total.
