Scholarship Overview: High school senior or college student majoring in forestry or a related major

Scholarship Details:
Each year, the Delaware Forestry Association will award a scholarship in the amount of one thousand dollars. The scholarship will be awarded to a full-time student who must choose forestry or a related major and be accepted or enrolled in a two-year or four-year accredited school program.
Eligibility Requirements:
- High school senior or current college student
- Major in forestry or a related major
- Must be accepted or enrolled full-time in a two-year or four-year accredited school program
- Be in the top 25% of their high school graduating class
Application Requirements:
- Completed application
- Two short essays
- Official transcript

Award Amount: $1,000
Award Details:
Students will be eligible for up to four years of undergraduate study and one year of a master’s program, upon reapplying, meeting the requirements, and being selected. The chosen applicant will be notified of their award by May 1.
