2. Must be a Delaware resident
3. Pursuing career in health care or education at an accredited post-secondary institution

2. 1 Recommender (not a family member)
3. Essay question

Essay Details:

Why have you chosen a career in health care or education and why do you feel it is important to encourage others to adopt a healthy lifestyle?

Award Amount: $2,500

Award Details:

One award of $2,500 per county. Nursing is not a qualified major for this scholarship. Only those with an intent to become an Educator, MD, PA or DO.
