Charter School of Wilmington senior living in the city of Wilmington who will pursue a degree at a Delaware institution.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a Wilmington resident
  • Graduate from the Charter School of Wilmington during 2024-2025 SY
  • Plan to attend a Delaware college or university.

Application Requirements

  • Financial need must be shown (FAFSA must be less than 35,000)
  • Students must submit a required essay.

Essay Details:

A packet of information about Author, former President of the Wilmington City Council and WWII Veteran, Frank D. Vari, is available in your Guidance Office or you can receive one from the DCF by emailing Kelly Sheridan at ksheridan@delcf.org. There is also a monument to Mr. Vari in the Frank D. Vari Plaza of Union Park Gardens in Wilmington. Applicants are encouraged to visit it.
