Scholarship Overview: Seniors from Ellendale, Lewes, Lincoln, Milford, Milton and Slaughter Beach planning to pursue a career in agriculture or education.

Scholarship Details:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduating senior of a Delaware high school (preference given to those living in former Representative Carey’s 36th Legislative District, including areas of Ellendale, Lewes, Lincoln, Milford, Milton and Slaughter Beach)
- Pursing a degree or professional designation in an agriculture (preference) or education related field.
- Participation in 4-H, FFA and other community service activities preferred.

- Completed online application
- 1 Recommender (not a family member)
Selection Criteria- Winners will be selected based on academic performance. (Preferably not those in the top 10% of class)
Application Requirements: Delaware Residents Only, Letter(s) of Recommendation
Award Amount: $1,000
Award Details:
One $1,000 award at the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors.
