The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is partnering with Palo Alto Networks to award scholarships to eligible students at HACU-member institutions. A total of six $5,000 scholarships will be awarded per student
Eligibility Requirements:
- Have graduated from a high school (or have earned a high school equivalency diploma) in the U.S. or Puerto Rico;
- Must be enrolled at a 2 or 4-year HACU-member institution;
- Applicant must be seeking an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in: Information Technology, Information System Security, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar tech-related STEM & Business Majors.;
- Applicant must have completed the FAFSA, State, or Institutional Aid application to demonstrate financial need.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher;
- Open to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Preference will be given to students preparing to graduate during the Spring 2024 or Summer 2024 semester.

Essay Details:
Please describe how your heritage, your family, and the community in which you grew up, have impacted your desire and motivation to obtain a college degree. In addition, describe what you intend to accomplish with your degree and how you will give back to your community.
Please Note: 500-word minimum and 800-word maximum.
