- Current New Castle County graduating senior or current college or vocational students
- Must enroll full-time next fall in college or a tuitioned vocational program
Application Requirements:

- A photo of your driver’s license or other ID showing Proof of NCC Residence.
- A copy of your most recent Transcript (school grades)
- Two Recommendations, using this form
