- Applicant must be entering their sophomore, junior or senior year of college.
- Pursuing a degree at an accredited four-year institution.
- Must show financial need.

- 1 Recommender (not a family member)
Application Requirements: Delaware Residents Only
Award Amount: $1,000
Award Details:
One $1,000 award at the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors.
