Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a resident of Sussex County, DE.
- Be a high school senior planning to enroll at the University of Delaware in full‑time undergraduate study for the entire upcoming academic year.
- Be of good moral character.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) the last two years of high school.
- Financial need will be considered.
