1. Graduating African American senior or current college student living in New Castle County
2. Minimum 2.5 GPA
3. Enrolled or planning to enroll in a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) next fall
4. Community and church service are considered

1. Completed online application
2. Personal Recommender (not a family member)
3. Essay question

Award Amount: $1,500

Awardees can reapply each year. At the discretion of the Delaware Community Foundation board of directors.
