Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a high school senior residing in the city limits of Wilmington, attending a high school within New Castle County or the City of Wilmington.
- Be between the ages of 17 and 21 years old at the time of application.
- Plan to enroll in full‑time undergraduate study at an accredited two‑year or four‑year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
- Financial need will be considered.
