1. City of Wilmington Resident
2. Must attend in person ceremony on Friday August 7, 2026 @ 6:30PM, City County Building, 800 N. French Street, Council Chambers, Wilmington, DE 19801

Application Requirements:

1. Copy of drivers license.
2. Copy of official current registration schedule/bill for college, and or graduate school.
3. One page written request for why you are deserving for this scholarship.
