Scholarship Details:

The Charlotte King Scholarship of the Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice provides $1000 scholarships to selected Sussex County students who are continuing their education beyond high school, who demonstrate commitment to racial justice through community involvement, who identify as Black and/or African American, have a current minimum grade point average of 2.5, and who agree to have their photo and responses used in our materials.

1. Meet the requirements above and complete the application form by April 1st 2025.
2. Please email a clear pdf, screen shot, or photo of your high school transcript to sdarj.educmte@gmail.com.
3. Ask a non-related person familiar with your accomplishments (such as a teacher, counselor, coach, administrator, or religious leader) to email a reference letter to sdarj.educmte@gmail.com.
