Scholarship Details:

Under-represented minority students (African Americans, Latinos and Native Americans) who are college and graduate students pursuing a degree in education and residents of New Castle County, Del., or students matriculating at a Delaware college or university. African American females preferred. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be enrolled in a college or university granting a four-year degree or postgraduate degree.
