Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must be:
1. A female student graduating from Seaford High School in Sussex County.
2. The student must be enrolling in an accredited educational institution to pursue an associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or a program at a trade school.
3. Have a high school GPA of at least 2.5.
Preference given to females of color.
