Applicants must be:
- Graduating from either John Dickinson or Caesar Rodney High Schools in Delaware
- Be pursuing an undergraduate degree (bachelor’s or associate’s) or a trade school certification
- Demonstrate financial need
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA in college/trade school

Award Amount: $40,000
Award Details:
$10,000 per year for up to 4 years – students will renew if transcript shows a 3.0 GPA after each year.
