Scholarship Details:
High school senior with 2.50 GPA or better and enrolled in a full-time institution.
Must:
• Be a Delaware resident and U.S. citizen.
• Provide a sealed official transcript mailed from the school directly to BLBF, Inc.
• Describe community achievements and volunteer services.
• Provide two sealed reference letters on letterhead. Must be provided from employer, faith-based organization, mentor, teacher or any organization where applicant commits to public/community service work. Family member references will not be considered.

Essay Details:
Submit essay and Power Point (10 slides) about: “How you plan to change your world or community today” or a personal narrative, “What is your gun violence reality.”
