Eligibility Requirements:

1. Graduating high school senior of either Milford High School or Cape Henlopen High School
2. Planning to attend an accredited 4-year institution.
3. Applicant must graduate with at least a 3.0 GPA.
4. Applicant must identify all or in part as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Filipino, Vietnamese or Hmong.
5. Financial need preferred.
