- Applicant must have graduated from a Sussex or Kent County, Delaware high school
- Applicant must be pursuing a doctoral degree in medicine at a college or university affiliated with the Delaware Institute for Medical Education and Research (DIMER) program in the applicable academic year, i.e. Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University or the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
