Eligibility Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited Historically Black College or University at the time of the application submission;
- Completed at least 24 academic credit hours by the end of the spring 2024 semester;
- Obtained a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or above;
- Cannot have a familial relationship with members of the Williams-Franklin Foundation Board, Selection Committee, or staff;
- Must be a United States citizen at the time of application submission; and,
- If awarded the scholarship, Awardees must participate in 2/3 of WFF-sponsored activities.
