Scholarship Details:
The Space Force Association (SFA) is offering scholarship opportunities for students and service members pursuing careers in STEM and the space domain. These scholarships are designed to support the next generation of space professionals, including undergraduate STEM students, current Guardians, former Guardians, and future U.S. Space Force officers.
Future Space Professionals Scholarship
- This scholarship supports undergraduate students pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) degrees who are preparing for careers in the space industry, government, military service, or the U.S. Space Force
- Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and demonstrate commitment to the future space professional community.
- Be enrolled full-time or part-time at an accredited university
- Be pursuing a STEM degree
- Be within 24 months of graduation
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.4
- Intend to enter the space professional community after graduation
Application Requirements:
- Completed application form
- Statement of intent/personal statement
- Letter of recommendation verifying academic qualifications
- Applicants are expected to submit original work reflecting their own experiences and writing. Limited AI assistance for proofreading and formatting is permitted, but heavily AI-generated submissions may receive evaluation penalties.
- Deadline extended from May 1st to June 1st for 2026.

Award Amount: $2,500
Award Details:
SFA will award three scholarships valued at $2,500 each during the 2026 cycle.
