High school seniors who live in Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Ocean View, Millville, Clarksville, Selbyville, Frankford, Dagsboro and their surrounding rural areas. Based on financial need, academics, school involvement and community service.
The Scholarship is based on a combination of financial need, academics, school involvement, and community service. Weighted criteria as follows: 30% community involvement, 30% financial need, 20% academic achievement, and 20% personal statement
