AFA Teens for Alzheimer’s Awareness College Scholarship

Scholarship Overview: Brief autobiography and a 1,500-word essay on the way Alzheimer’s disease changed or impacted your life.

Scholarship Details:

Must write a brief autobiography and a 1,500-word essay: “How has Alzheimer’s disease changed or impacted your life?” and “What have you learned about yourself, your family and/or your community in the face of coping with Alzheimer’s disease?”
Applicants must:
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Enter an accredited four-year college or university within 12 months of scholarship deadline.
• Attend a public, independent, parochial, military, homeschool or other high school in the United States (if not currently enrolled, must explain extenuating circumstances).

Award Amount: $500 to $5,000
